2. Application:Pour an appropriate amount of Toner onto a cotton pad or into your clean hands. If you are using a cotton pad, gently sweep it over your face and neck. If you prefer to use your hands, gently pat the product onto the skin.
3. Avoid the eye area:Avoid using the product directly around the eyes, as the eye area is usually more sensitive.
4. Let it absorb:Allow the toner to absorb into the skin. This may take a few seconds. You do not need to rinse it off.
