The Birch Milk Refining Toner is a perfect marriage between a hydrating Korean toner and an exfoliating Western acid treatment.Its gentle-yet-effective formulation helps to prevent breakouts for soft, supple and clear skin.

With a base of over 86% birch juice, squalane, glycerin and sodium hyaluronate, the Birch Milk Refining Toner preps and hydrates skin, while an optimal 1% blend of AHAs (glycolic and lactic acid) and PHA (gluconolactone) smooth out fine lines, brighten skin and refine pores. Safe for daily use.
