This version of Im from’s popular Rice Toner features black rice. Infused with 100-day fermented Jindo black rice water, it aims to improve skin radiance and regulate sebum production. Its high anti-inflammatory properties help balance moisture levels and rejuvenate tired skin. The two-layer formula, containing panthenol, targets oily and acne-prone skin.
